Learning Experience Designer Re-engineered ADDIE model to Agile model, cutting time-to-market from 365 to 20 days and cost from $250k to $18k per course. Introduced cloud-sourcing to reduce cost and delivery time by 90%. Designed XML templates to reduce localization costs of customer learning; Negotiated and managed supplier quality for content and services. Awarded Brandon-Hall Excellence in Technology Award for design of “Become Corning- New Hire Orientation” learning experience and STC Tech Publications Award for “Kodak Delivers What Customers Want.” online learning.

Manager of Technical Communications & Localization Set up communications function for new company with 42 services including strategic sourcing strategy valued $1.05M; 50% cost reduction from previous company; established low-cost-service model scalable for growth at 4:1 users/cost ratio; transitioned from hosted to SaaS model to cut cost 50% and expand throughout for new revenue; implemented content management strategy with XML localization  for savings of $8.2M enabling market expansion. Awarded: STC Associate Fellow and Barbara Knight Award.
